My Affirmation

Life experiences can shape one's perception of self-determination, either positively or negatively. During my childhood and early adulthood, I often felt unnoticed and believed that my existence held little significance. This journey towards self-affirmation began in the late 1980s with a mission to promote self-love, self-appreciation, and self-empowerment. Consequently, I felt a strong urge to introduce a collection of positive words and phrases, aiming to provide solace and encouragement to those grappling with trauma and life's trials. Through the message of "Love Yourself, Like Yourself, and Respect Yourself," I aspire to convey that you are not invisible, and your life is indeed meaningful.
